Menus are overlapping in prime
Posted by , Last modified by Will Rosie on 28 January 2017 06:47 PM

When using the mouse to expand certain menu item's, the menus start overlapping each other or the menu options aren't all visable.

This is easily fixed by changing settings within internet explorer.
To do this:

  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Click on Tools
  • Select Internet Options
  • Click on the security tab
  • With 'Internet' zone highlighted click on custom level
  • Enable both of the following options;

 Allow script-initiated windows without size or position constraints (Found not quite half way down under the miscellaneous category)

Allow Programmatic clipboard access (Found towards the bottom under scripting category)

  • Click on okay to apply changes
  • Close and re-open internet explorer for the changes to take effect.

If you still require help or further information either email the ICTS Europe Systems Support staff on support@ictseuropesystems.com or log a ticket in the ticketing support suite http://ictseuropesystems.helpserve.com.

Alternatively you can call the helpdesk number on  +44(800) 014 8488 and speak to someone directly.
