This occurs when the time on the desktop is incorrectly set.
To check and change this:
- Check the time on the desktop is correct.
- Set the time by clicking on the time and date displayed at the bottom right of the screen.
- Select the option 'change date and time settings'.
- Set the correct time.
- You should now be able to login to prime successfully.
