"When I log in to Prime and click enter the login page keeps appearing.".

This occurs when the time on the desktop is incorrectly set.

To check and change this: 

  • Check the time on the desktop is correct.
  • Set the time by clicking on the time and date displayed at the bottom right of the screen.
  • Select the option 'change date and time settings'.
  • Set the correct time.
  • You should now be able to login to prime successfully.


If you are unable to create a user account you can either email the ICTS Europe Systems Support staff on with the details of the account you want created or log a ticket in the ticketing support suite
